They have informed me that they continue to monitor the market to provide the option to lower the interest rate when the time comes.

The team at Vero Mortgage, Engle Team did an amazing job saving a loan process that had fallen through with EECU. Only a few days away from closing, Engle Team was contacted and they were informed of the issues we were encountering with current lender and the tight deadline to close or lose the deal after already getting multiple escrow extensions. Engle Team took the challenge, promised a 10 day closing and they kept their promise. Within the 10 days, the process was seamless and less stressful for our family than with previous lender. We had to take a few calls, provide background on the deal, submit a few records online and they took it from there. We were kept informed on a daily basis, multiple times a day via email and calls. A few days prior to closing, Engle Team communicated with everyone what to expect, where they needed us to be and anything pending. It was a world of difference once Engle Team took over. Very grateful for Jeremy, Faith, Alice, Tami and the entire Engle Team. Will use again for refinance and highly recommend The Engle Team.
